They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or medical devices. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. No statement on this site has been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
By placing an order you represent that you are at least 21 years old, that you are a qualified researcher or acting on behalf of a research institution, and that you accept full responsibility for the safe, lawful handling, storage, and disposal of these materials in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Remedy Rx reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order it believes may be intended for human consumption or any unlawful purpose.

This policy explains what information Remedy Rx ("we", "us") collects through getremedyrx.com, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our hosting provider, and are accessible only to authorized personnel. Our site is served over HTTPS. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except with service providers who help us operate (hosting, email, shipping, and — once enabled — payment processing), or where required by law.
We do not currently collect or store payment card details through this website. When card payments are enabled, they will be handled by a third-party payment processor under its own privacy policy, and card numbers will not be stored on our systems.
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil the order and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Early-access list entries are kept until you unsubscribe.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may unsubscribe from updates at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to object to processing or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. This site is not directed to anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

By accessing getremedyrx.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
You must be at least 21 years old and a qualified researcher, or purchasing on behalf of a research institution or commercial laboratory. You must be legally permitted to receive these materials in your jurisdiction.
Materials are sold strictly for laboratory research and in-vitro use. You agree not to consume them, administer them to humans or animals, or resell or redistribute them for such purposes. You are solely responsible for handling, storage, use, and disposal in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional requirements.
Submitting an order request is an offer to purchase, not a completed sale. An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect intended human use, where a product is unavailable, or where a listing contained a pricing or description error.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed. We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately, but specifications, images, and representations of vials are illustrative.
Where a Certificate of Analysis is provided, it reflects testing performed on the identified batch. Any purity, identity, or other analytical figure applies only to that batch. Sample or demonstration data displayed on the site prior to launch does not represent testing of any product supplied to you.
Except as expressly stated in a Certificate of Analysis for a supplied batch, materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that materials are suitable for any specific research application.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remedy Rx is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from misuse, improper handling, or any use other than laboratory research. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Remedy Rx harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your use, handling, or disposal of materials purchased from us, or your breach of these terms.
You are responsible for determining whether import, possession, or use of a material is lawful in your jurisdiction, and for any duties, taxes, or permits. We may decline orders to destinations where shipment would be unlawful or impractical.
Site content, branding, and layout are owned by Remedy Rx. Product names and chemical identifiers are used descriptively and may be trademarks of their respective owners.

Confirmed orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days. Orders confirmed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Lyophilized materials are sealed in tamper-evident vials and stored at −20°C. Temperature-sensitive items ship in insulated packaging. On receipt, inspect your shipment promptly and return materials to appropriate storage. Brief transit at ambient temperature is expected and, for lyophilized peptides, is not generally detrimental.
Shipments are sent in plain outer packaging labelled in accordance with applicable requirements for research materials.
You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate address at which someone can receive the parcel. Reshipment of packages returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address may incur an additional shipping charge.
Where offered, international shipments may be subject to customs inspection, duties, taxes, and import restrictions, all of which are your responsibility. We cannot guarantee clearance and are not liable for materials seized or delayed by customs authorities.
Report visible damage, a missing item, or a compromised cold pack within 7 days of delivery, with photographs of the packaging and contents, and we will work with you on a replacement or refund.

Because these are temperature-sensitive research materials whose integrity depends on unbroken cold-chain and storage conditions we cannot verify once a parcel leaves our control, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or previously delivered materials for resale. This is a safety and quality position, not a commercial one.
We will replace or refund an order where:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs where relevant.
An order that has not yet shipped may be cancelled for a full refund. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Shipping charges are refunded only where the fault was ours.
Email hello@getremedyrx.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Do not return anything before contacting us — unauthorized returns cannot be processed or refunded.
